The implementation of the Federal project “Professionalism” continues. With it, an employer can find a future employee, and a student can provide himself with a job while still studying.

In Bashkortostan, within the framework of the project, 7 new clusters in priority sectors began operation in September 2023:
– Educational and production center (cluster) for the chemical industry on the basis of the Sterlitamak Chemical Technology College,
– in the mining industry – on the basis of the Uchalinsky College of Mining Industry,

– in mechanical engineering – on the basis of Sterlitamak Polytechnic College;
– Educational cluster in the field of Clinical and preventive medicine – on the basis of the Birsky Medical and Pharmaceutical College;
– 3 clusters in the field of Pedagogy – at the college of Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla; Ufa and Sterlitamak multidisciplinary professional colleges.

35 colleges are already participating in the federal project “Professionalism” in Bashkortostan, which in network interaction implement educational programs “Professionalism” and fulfill the main task – eliminating the personnel shortage of priority sectors of the economy and social sphere of the republic. As part of the implementation of the Professionalitet project, the practice of targeted training is developing, control figures for demanded professions and specialties are increasing annually.
