The International scientific-practical conference «Migration. Mediation. Security» took place in May 12, 2016.

Main areas of work were:

1. The migration process: development trends, political, legal and economic regulation.
2. Migration policy: foreign and domestic experience.
3. Reconciliation technology as a factor of national security strengthening.
4. Building a culture of tolerance in a multicultural society.
5. Terrorism, extremism and the «color revolutions» as potential threats to international security.
6. National policy and security in various spheres of public life.
7. The conference was attended by 86 people, including the scientific community, representatives of the migration service, public and civil organizations, political scientists and students.

The result of the conference was the publication collection of participants materials of the II International scientific-practical conference «Migration. Mediation. Security», about the country’s national security, from its financial and economic system and migration to the problems of drug trafficking and terrorism. Works carry both practical, and theoretical nature. Valuable aims of youth, their civic consciousness, commitment to the national idea and interests of Russia — main accents by which participants of a discussion were guided.
