A trade union forum was organized by UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre in the Russian Federation on the basis of the Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies from 30th September — 1st October, which was attended by 78 young trade union leaders. This year it was held under the slogan «Raise, youth, trade union banner!». The organizers of forum were the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Bashkortostan and UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre in the Russian Federation on the basis of the Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies.

Participants expected a full program. They solved the problem with interest at the legal situation in the field of labor law; online communicate with Oleg Lansky, deputy chief of the Information Department of the Leningrad Federation of Trade Unions of Internet technology and information, the Chairman of the Youth Council of the North-West Federal District of St. Petersburg.

The online meeting with the chief editor of the central trade union newspaper «Solidarity» Alexander Shershukov (Moscow) was also very interesting. He knows all the information relating to the activities of trade unions, that’s why he answered completely and thoroughly all the participants questions.

Completely new to the young leaders was meeting with mediation procedures that work effectively in the resolution of labor disputes — and the unions are constantly faced with them. Maxim Belyaev, a professional coach and mediator, the head of the Center for Mediation Technology Agency of the UNESCO-UNEVOC in the Russian Federation on the basis of the Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies, shared with the participants his experiences of conflict resolution, and the guys helped moderator to demonstrate of mediation techniques in practice.

Natalia Hahalkina continued this theme, moderator of reconciliatory technologies agency UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre in the Russian Federation on the basis of BIST, as a professional coach and mediator. Participants appreciated deeply her training «Conflict Management».

Communication with the founders of the Agency «NERPA», experts in reputation management in social networks Renat Yanbekov and Ekaterina Larionova allowed the participants learn their experiences, also took part in the training “Technology of work and promotion of social networks”, it is demanded now among young people.

Oleg Ped, General Director of «Multi-Information and tourist center «UFA», Candidate of Economic Sciences, focused at his seminar on project management issues. This is a difficult topic: not enough to know how to choose a relevant topic, the project should be developed and promoted, approved and implemented.
