Under this name, a professional development program was launched in Ufa on November 1, 2023. The Republic was visited by PSC employees from nine regions of Russia: the Republic of Tatarstan, the Orenburg Region, the Ulyanovsk Region, the Lipetsk Region, the Kursk Region, the Chechen Republic, the Tula Region, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Altai Republic.

The training program was held in the format of an internship. Employees of the PSC of the Republic of Bashkortostan conducted networking and a tour of the center for participants.

At the strategic session, Inessa Kosolapova, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Bashkortostan, and Kira Galyamova, Head of the PSC, addressed the participants and spoke about the role of the PSC in the region.

There was also an excursion to the sites of the partners of the Federal project “Professionalism”: the participants visited the Ufa Engineering College and the production training center of PJSC “UEC-Ufa Engine-Building Production Association.
