On November 2, 2023, as part of the popularization of the Federal project “Professionalism”, the Sterlitamak Multidisciplinary Professional College was visited by representatives of the Centers of Advanced Vocational Training (TSOPP) of the subjects of the Russian Federation (Tula Region, the Republic of Tatarstan, Lipetsk, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Gorno-Altaysk, Lipetsk, Tomsk, Orenburg, etc.).
In 2023, an educational center (cluster) was created based in the Sterlitamak Multidisciplinary Professional College in the field of “Pedagogy” within the framework of the federal project “Professionalism”. It consists of nine professional educational organizations of the Republic and ten partner enterprises.
The administration of the college and the Ambassadors of the FP “Professionalitet” (Professionality) talked about the cluster in the field of “Pedagogy” about the features of the project, goals, and objectives, as well as about the opportunities it provides for students, their professional development and career growth.
Representatives of the PSC of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation were given tours of modernly equipped zones within the framework of the “Professionalitet” FP. The meeting ended in the “Laboratory of Professional Speech Communications” where the directions for the development of secondary vocational education, the possibilities of the “Professionalism” project, as well as the support of young professionals in employment were considered.
The meeting participants in an informal setting considered the problematic points of the development of vocational education.
For reference: About 2000 students study at GAPOU SMPK. Within the framework of the “Professionalism” project, students master the specialties in demand on the labor market: “Teaching in primary classes”, “Correctional pedagogy in primary education”, “Pedagogy of additional education”, “Information systems and programming”, “Documentation management and archival science”. The participants of the “Pedagogical Educational Center” included nine professional educational organizations of the Republic from such cities and districts as Tuimazy, Neftekamsk, Salavat, Belebey, Blagoveshchensk, Mesyagutovo, Sibai, Kushnarenkovo and 10 partner enterprises – these are the schools of Sterlitamak, Tuimazy, the Palace of Pioneers and Schoolchildren named after A.P. Gaidar and the Center advanced vocational training of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
