Under this title, an All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference was held at BIST on April 18-19. The organizers were the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Department for Drug Control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bashkortostan), the Committee of Bashkortostan for UNESCO Affairs, the Public Chamber of the Urban District of Ufa, Bashkortostan, and the Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies (branch) of the EUP VO «Academy of Labor and Social Relations». The format of the conference was traditional for participants from Ufa and online connection for participants from other cities, as well as representatives of public organizations, ministries and departments of Ufa, and educational institutions of the republic.

The main areas of the conference included:

• «Interdepartmental interaction in implementing the system of preventing antisocial phenomena in the children and youth environment: format, technologies, results»;
• «Shaping a culture of tolerance and civic responsibility in the younger generation»;
• «Psychological safety of children and youth: problems and ways to solve them»;
• «The role of mass media in shaping a healthy and safe lifestyle for children and youth»;
• «Modern trends and technologies for preventing deviant behavior»;
• «The influence of the ecosystem and digital technologies on the psychological development of the younger generation»;
• «Bullying in the youth environment and its prevention»;
• «Mediation technologies for preventing conflicts»;

Within the framework of the conference, the following events took place:

• Roundtable Discussion: «Methodology of work on preventing antisocial phenomena in educational and youth institutions»;
• Discussion platform: «Effective mechanisms and practices for protecting the rights of youth».

Additionally, the following sections were held:

1. «Patriotic education of youth: new accents»;
2. «Media literacy and fact-checking as a technology for shaping a healthy lifestyle for youth».

Furthermore, master classes generated great interest among BIST students and educational institutions of Ufa:

• «Moral and Patriotic Education of Youth through Physical Culture and Sports Activities»;
• «Developing Soft Skills as a Means of Preventing Antisocial Phenomena Among Youth, Using the Example of the Skillfolio Digital University Method»;
• «Media Literacy and Fact-Checking as a Technology for Shaping a Healthy Lifestyle for Youth».
