Seeing the importance of modernization of HCS system for the stabilization of the social and economic condition of the Russian society, the students began the development of the Youth Resources to the Reform of Housing and Communal Services Project. 

In May 2013, it was presented for participation in the All-Russian Competition of the youth author’s projects ­directed on social and economic development of regions — My country — my Russia. Children passed the first round of the Competition successfully and they were invited to the second round. 250 projects from 51 regions of Russia took part in the Competition. The geography of the competition allowed getting the idea of social and economic life of the country through the eyes of the youth.

On 8 June 2013, the presentation of the project took place. Our representatives were: Shafikova Aygul Rifkhatovna, the dean of the department, Lyapustin Vladimir, 4th year student of law department, Mikhaylov Vitaly, Schreiber Roman, 2nd year students of law department, Ilyasov Timur, 2nd year student of financial and economic department, Chunareva Diana, the graduate of law department.

We presented it to the Moscow commission of experts and took first place.
