First International Competition in Strategic Management using a computer business game “BUSINESS-COURSE: MAXIMUM”, initiated by the Department of Economics and Information Technology of BIST, has been taking place at our university for seven years, but this year it received a new status – it became International. Among the participants were the students of the Finance and Accounting Department of the Tashkent State University of Economics (Republic of Uzbekistan).

The First International Geological Championship “GeoVision” was held in the Republic of Bashkortostan from September 16 to 22, 2023. Its purpose was to popularize geological professions in society and to demonstrate the importance of geology for the study and growth of mineral reserves for the sustainable development of states, as well as for the formation of horizontal links between young specialists from different countries.
The event was organized within the framework of the Decade of Science and Technology, which took place in our country on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. A wide range of initiatives was aimed at strengthening the role of science and technology in solving the most important tasks of the development of society and the country.

The goal of the skills competition is to develop an understanding of economics and modern economic thinking among children and youth.

Roundtable meeting on “The experience of interaction between the college and employers in the training of workers and mid-level specialists” was held on July 7, 2023 in Uchaly, the Republic of Bashkortostan. Its participants were representatives of colleges and technical schools of the regions of Russia, including the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The purpose of the Roundtable was to search for forms of constructive cooperation with potential employers in the organization of industrial practice and employment of graduates.

The championship was held from April 14 to 22 in 2023. Its mission is to create the conditions and motivation systems that contribute to increasing the importance and prestige of working professions, professional growth of young people through the harmonization of best practices.
The championship was held for the first time at 49 competitive venues of the best professional educational organizations of the Republic. It included three competencies: “Oil and gas production”, “Electrical installation” and “Estimate business”.

On December 1, 2022, the Republican test competition among teachers of the VET of the Republic of Belarus “Professional – 2022” was held in Bashkortostan. The purpose of the competition is to assist in the professional orientation of teachers and to improve their qualifications. The Participants were the teaching staff of professional educational organizations on Mathematics, Physics, Bashkir language, History, Russian language and Literature, Technical Mechanics, Engineering graphics, Metrology, Standardization and Certification, Chemical technology, Industrial Ecology and Biotechnology, Technosphere safety and Environmental management.
