1. Ensuring that the qualifications of graduates meet the requirements of the economy by updating basic and additional vocational educational programmes in cooperation with employers and their associations; developing elements of dual education system, network forms of implementing educational programmes, and distance learning.
2. Participation in the implementation of activities in regional sectoral clusters of staffing the economy of the Republic with qualified personnel by creating, in cooperation with employers, the infrastructure for training personnel on the basis of educational organizations.
3. Participation in seminars, scientific and practical conferences and other forms of advanced training for employees of educational organizations on the use of active and interactive forms of education in the educational process, practice-oriented learning technologies, training of employees of vocational educational organizations in the aspects of work of the Board of Directors.
4. Development of student research and technical creativities, intensification of project activities of student societies, development of student self/co-management.
5. Participation in the WorldSkillsRussia movement, in the organization and holding of the Young Professionals championships in working professions/competences, in the Olympiad and competitive movement of professional skills, in activities for promoting working professions and specialties of secondary vocational education.
6. Participation in the implementation of the regional policy in inclusive vocational education.
