On November 26, 2013 in the Congress hall there took place the All-Russian meeting “New in the housing legislation of the Russian Federation. Creation of regional systems of capital repair of apartment houses and activity of Fund of assistance to reforming of housing and communal services in 2013–2015”. 

Deputies of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia, State Meeting — Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan, regions of Russia, and also representatives of executive authorities participated in a forum. Our UNESKO-UNEVOK Center in the Russian Federation as the developer of the Housing and communal services technology project presented the educational programs and developments in the sphere of attraction of a public resource to reforming of housing and communal services.

Participants of meeting had many questions both on the project and on educational programs and this validated once again the chosen way of assistance to reforming of branch through education of the public and creation of the public formations capable to cooperate professionally in the specified sphere.
