A meeting with the winners of the contest for the right to free education at the School of Social Entrepreneurship and representatives of small and medium-size denterprisesofthe Republic of Bashkortostan was organized at the Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies together with the leadership of the ELN, “Infrastructure projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan” on November 25, 2013.
Opening of the School of Social Entrepreneurship was initiated by the Centre of social innovation “Infrastructure projects of the Republic of Bashkortostan” with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre in the Russian Federation on the basis of the Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies chosen for the training of of listeners not incidentally. High scientific potential of the faculty among which are experts professionals, modern material and technical resources allow to provide high quality of training of listeners.
During the training particular emphasis will be placed on the followingmoments: how to createand successfully implement social projects, where to find investments for the launch and business development, as well as how to effectively interact with the public authorities and businesses structures.
With assistance of individual mentors and the leading business experts of Russia and the Republic of Bashkortostan during training listeners will prepare the social projects which will be realized further in the territory of the republic.
Classes with students of the School of Social Entrepreneurship began with a discussion of a psychological portrait of a businessman, which Smirnova Ksenia Igorevna, the psychologist of institute, carried out. During the discussion, the students found that the modern entrepreneur should possess leadership skills, the desire for independence, autonomy, independence, the achievements in employment, career and power, as well as the determination and confidence. But the most important is a pro-social orientation of the identity of the businessman, judgment of problems of the population and use of the potential for their effective decision.
Besides that participants passed computer psychological diagnostics that allowed them to estimate their opportunities and specific features.
