The “Strategy for the Secondary Vocational Education Development in the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2022-2026” was issued by the Decree of the Republic of Bashkortostan Government dated July 22, 2022 No. 416.

The Strategy is aimed at: improving the qualified personnel training to become competitive in the labour market and be ready to work effectively up to the world-class standards.

Expected results:

– improving the quality of the qualified personnel training in accordance to the requirements of the labour market;

– eliminating the shortage of workers;

– modernizing the material and technical resources of vocational educational organizations in the Republic;

– introducing new methods of training and education, educational technologies to update the educational programmes content;

– improving the performance efficiency of colleges through the development of off-budget activities;

– creating conditions for young people education and development and raising the professional level of teachers and masters of vocational training.
