On March 27, 2014 in the assembly hall of Management of Federal Migration Service of Russia in the Republic of Bashkortostan (OFMS) public and advisory council passed. The agenda included the following topics: “The problems of increase in a foreign segment in republic labor market in the conditions of reduction of number of own workforce” and the project “Formation of tolerant plants among migrants.”

Greeted the participants were addressed by the chief of the OFMS of Russia in Bashkortostan republic B. M. Guzairov.

The special attention of audience was drawn by speech of M.A. Belyaev, the head of Agency of conciliatory technologies of our UNESKO-UNEVOK Center. Participants among whom there were leaders of ethnic communities in the Republic of Bashkortostan were impres­sed with the program developed within Agency conciliatory and Agencies of design technologies which includes training of migrants in Russian (for obtaining citizenship you must pass a really difficult exam on this subject), and also with acquaintance to culture of the republic, increase of legal and financial literacy, sociocultural adaptation of children and many other things.

In the Center of social adaptation of migrants of Agency of conciliatory technologies the corresponding educational and methodical materials and technologies are developed and successfully approved, the modern material and technical resources are created: language laboratories, equipment for simultaneous interpretation; the library equipped with the IRBIS 64 system and having an entry into electronic libraries of Russia, etc.

We are ready to realize the program and to help the people who arrived from the former republics of the USSR to adapt as soon as possible to the new environment for them.
