On March 23, 2014 the Republican selection stage of the competition “The Best Young Worker of Housing Sector and Construction” passed. Organizers of a competition are manage­ment of the federal project “All Houses” in the Republic of Bashkortostan and NPO “Association management companies and homeowners associations in the Republic of Bashkortostan”.

The aim of the competition was to create a republicanplatform for cooperation of professionals and members of the public in the formation of solutions of applied problems of modernization of housing and communal services of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the role of youth in the processes of reforming housing and communal services.

In the nomination “Effective management of the apartment building” the 1st place was taken by A.F. Gabzalilov, the head of the Agency of Housing Technology of the UNESCO-UNEVOC Center in the Russian Federation on the basis of the Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies, who presented the project “New approaches in the apartment building control mechanisms.”
