Final all-Russian forum took place on 17–18 December 2015 under the theme “Housing is changing” in Ufa, organized by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia together with the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan. 

Participants of the forum were more than 500 delegates from 80 subjects of the Russian Federation — these were representatives of regional authorities, public housing inspections, regional centers of public control in the sphere of housing, businesses, companies working in the housing sector, experts of related fields, public figures and experts.

Housing Agency technologies presented at the forum its achievements: lab exhibits in the sphere of housing and communal services, housing worker and public resources training programs, research projects.
