On November 1, 2023, within the framework of the project from Rosmolodezh “Points of Attraction”, a master class “Motivation of Alpha generation schoolchildren. What do you have to work with and how best to prepare?”.

The speaker was the head of the Commonwealth of Teachers and Psychologists of the Republic of Belarus, author and presenter of the project of the Government of the Russian Federation “Pedagogical School for Parents”, teacher of the Ufa University of Science and Technology, Teacher of the Year 2018 Gulsum Shakirova. The participants of the master class were young teachers of Ufa colleges and students of Ufa Multidisciplinary Professional College, future teachers.

On October 30, as part of the “Business Week” series of events, training and “dialogue on equal terms” with entrepreneurs took place in Ufa. The business meeting was designed for young people in the capital who are ready to open their  businesses. The invited speakers were a restaurant consultant, Chairman of the Opora Russia Hospitality Committee in the Republic of Bashkortostan, expert of the Federation of Hospitality Auditors (FEREGO) of Russia, founder of the MOROZ Group Andrey Moroz, Head of the HR Department of Fujiyama Ilmira Almazova and Deputy Director Natalia Nikitina. Also, as a moderator and speaker of the meeting, the director of the MBU “Youth Employment Assistance Center” GO G. Ufa Elena Nedopekina.

On October 27, 2023, a seminar “Implementation of projects on early vocational guidance of schoolchildren “Profminimum” and “Ticket to the Future” was held in Birsk. It was attended by the head of the career guidance sector of the State Educational Institution DPO TSOPP RB, head of the project “Ticket to the Future” N.S. Kuchaeva, head of the Department of Information and Methodological Work E.V. Plotnikova, municipal curator of the project “Ticket to the Future” methodologist of the Department of Information and Methodological Work Knyazeva N.N. Participants were introduced to the purpose and the tasks of the project and the nuances of working on the platform.

On October 21-22 psychologists, representatives of IT professions, and the best universities told how to choose a specialty, pass the OGE or USE, and enter a university. The following questions were considered:

🔸 where to go to get a digital profession;
🔸 how does studying at the best universities in the country work?
🔸 how to prepare for the Unified State Exam to get 80+ points;
🔸 why the OGE is the first step in a digital career.
