November 9, 2016 Tanzilya Altafovna Nigmatullina, the Head of the UNESCO and UNEVOC Centre in the Russian Federation housed by the Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies, participated in the International Conference «The use of the European experience of the employers participation in training of the professionals in the practice of Russian universities», which was held in Nizhnevartovsk State University. The conference was attended by the representatives of Russian and European educational institutions.
In her speech Tanzilya Altafovna talked about the development strategies for students training system developed at the university and formulated its objective — the creation of a modern personnel training system and the formation of academic and practical qualifications at an educational institution, the system that is capable of ensuring the training of qualified specialists in accordance with the employer’s needs, can be receptive to the social-economic changes and is able to provide opportunities to acquire the necessary professional qualifications for different categories of people throughout their working lives. The actual examples showed the application of the Strategy in practice. Tanzilya Altafovna also spoke about the work of the UNESCO and UNEVOC Centre in the Russian Federation housed by the Bashkir Institute of Social Technologies, its methods including the exchange of professional information; the development of human rights activities and competences; knowledge sharing and publishing activities, as well as inter-agency cooperation and partnership.
The participants asked a lot of questions and showed their interest in the work of the UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre and its results.
