In 2021, in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the state autonomous institution of additional vocational education “Center for Advanced Vocational Training of the Republic of Bashkortostan” (hereinafter TSOPP) was established as part of the implementation of the National Project “Education”. Its main goal is to coordinate the development and use of the resources of the Republic of Bashkortostan for advanced vocational training, including vocational guidance, accelerated vocational training, training, retraining, advanced training of all categories of citizens in the most popular, new and promising professions and competencies at a level corresponding to the best international standards and practices.

From September 8 to September 12, 2022, the national team of the Republic of Bashkortostan took part in the finals of the X National Championship “Young Professionals” – 2022, during which the teams demonstrated their skills up to modern standards using high-tech equipment in the following competencies: “Mobile robotics”, “Documentation support management and archiving”, “Pharmaceutics”, “Video production”, “CAD engineering design”. “Corporate protection against internal threats to information security”, “Industrial design”, “3D Modelling in computer games”.

The corresponding decree was signed on June 27 by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Year of the Teacher and Mentor is held in order to recognize the special status of the profession representatives.

According to the document, within three months the Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to create the organizing committee and approve its members, as well as develop a plan for the main events of the themed year.
